Jaxon Smith-Njigba played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes from 2020-2022. The wide receiver played in 7 games for the Buckeyes in his true freshman year.
He became a starter for the Buckeyes in his sophomore year in 2021. In November, he set the single-game school record for most receptions with 15, recorded 240 yards, and one touchdown in their 26-17 win over Nebraska. In that season, he also set the single-season school record for receiving yards with 1,606 in 2021.
