College Career
Burks joined the University of Arkansas and played college football for the Razorbacks from 2019-2021.
As a freshman in 2019, Burks started nine of 11 games and recorded 29 receptions for 475 receiving yards. He was named to the second-team All-SEC and SEC All-Freshman Team.
