The 2024 NFL draft order is decided based on a combination of the 2023 NFL Standings and the NFL Draft tiebreaking procedures. Picks one through 18 are the non-playoff teams, with the order decided by the draft tiebreakers. Positions 19 through 32 will then be set based on when teams are eliminated from the NFL playoffs, with tiebreakers then being used if necessary.
