The overall capacity of Allegiant Stadium is 65,000 spectators. However, it can be extended up to 71,000 spectators if required during Super Bowl events or center-stage Concerts; this type of extension is required. There are a total of 127 suites in the stadium.

The overall construction cost to build this stadium is $2.02 billion. About $750 million cost came from public funds while building a stadium which is almost 40 percent.  In November 2017, construction of the stadium began, and on July 31, 2020, it was formally opened.
