The Alabama Crimson Tide have made believers out of every opponent over the Nick Saban era, and that shouldn’t change any time soon. Even with the SEC set to expand and welcome in Texas and Oklahoma in 2024.

While Alabama gets away from playing Texas in 2024, their split series over the past two years is a good indication of the level of talent the SEC is adding next fall. Alabama won at Texas in 2022 but dropped their game against the Longhorns at home in 2023.
The Crimson Tide won’t play Texas in the 2024 regular season but they will head to Norman, Oklahoma, to take on the Sooners. The two historic programs have squared off against each other six separate times before.
Alabama won the most recent game against Oklahoma in the 2018 Orange Bowl as the No. 1 seed in the College Football Playoff. The Crimson Tide won the first-ever matchup between these two programs back in 1963, also played at the Orange Bowl.
Oklahoma won three in a row against Alabama, including back-to-back games in a home-and-home series in the early 2000s.

Alabama has a unique schedule in 2024 with home games against Georgia and Auburn, but tough road dates at Tennessee, LSU, and the aforementioned Sooners.
Most notably, however, is a non-conference outing at Camp Randall Stadium against Wisconsin. This will mark Alabama’s first game at Wisconsin since 1928.
